Eezi Assist is a dedicated speed dial button that the client assigns on their cell phone which can used if an emergency occours. No need to remember a telephone number as the number is stored in the speed dial options.
Simply press the speed dial button on their phone for 2 seconds, a message displays that the message was sent successfully, the Contact Centre will automatically locate the area that the client is in and contact him.
The client never needs to phone for assistance – we will contact the client.
There is no limit in terms of the no. of times the Eezi Assist button may be used by the client.
Benefits And How It Works
- The client registers himself and any direct family members’ mobile numbers on the website.
- Activation sms will be sent to the client that they load to an assigned button / number on their mobile phone.
- Should the client require assistance in accordance with their benefit and policy wording, they simply press the assigned button for 2 seconds and the Contact Centre will automatically locate the area that the client is in and know that they may require assistance.
- The Contact Centre will call the client and provide any service or assistance they require, in accordance with their benefit and the policy wording.
- Unlike similar products in the market, Eezi Assist offers the above service to the direct family members at no additional cost.
